Our single vault buildings were designed for states that already require the sixty-inch turning radius exclusive of all toilet fixtures, walls, and the door. This is the current direction the Federal A.D.A. requirements and CXT is one of the new manufacturers able to satisfy the requirement.
The Cascadian is our exciting steep pitched roof dual texture building. It incorporates the design of old Civilian Conservation Corp. buildings with modern Sweet Smelling Technology. The building meets ADA through 60 inch turning radius method of measurement and contains all necessary fixtures as required. The unique two texture look of lap siding and board and bat siding along with the steep pitched roof give the building an Alpine look.

The Tioga style models come in the same textures, colors and designs as the Gunnison model. The Tioga sits on top of two 1,000 gallon vaults, just like the Gunnison. The separate vaults ensure that your building will not cross vent.
The Tioga Special with Chase has two separate toilet rooms and a chase area with access on the back of the building. The chase area allows for storage of cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc. The Tioga toilet building is designed and built to meet or exceed the effects of a Zone-4 earthquake, a 120-mph wind load, and a 240-pound per square foot snow load.

The Double Cascadian style models come in the same textures, colors and designs as the Single Cascadian model. Like the Tioga models, the Double Cascadians sit on top of two 1,000 gallon vaults, ensuring that your building will not cross vent.
The Double Cascadian with Chase Area utilizes the same chase as The Tioga Special with Chase. The Double Cascadian building is designed and built to meet or exceed the effects of a Zone-4 earthquake, a 120-mph wind load, and a 250 pound per square foot snow load. The Double Cascadian is similar but without the chase area. Both buildings are ADA compliant.

The Double Rocky Mountain style models come in the same textures, colors, and designs as the single Rocky Mountain. A unique window design is also added to the front of the buildings. The Double Rocky Mountain style models have the same building design criteria as the Tioga Special and Double Cascadian style buildings.
