Three Strategic Locations

CXT Concrete Ties, a wholly owned subsidiary of L.B. Foster Company, operates the most advanced concrete tie manufacturing facilities in North America. CXT’s products are produced with innovative technology on high capacity lines in three strategic locations: Spokane, WA, Grand Island, NE and Tucson, AZ. All facilities are ISO 9001:2000 certified and produce a complete series of concrete ties for all applications. The Spokane and Grand Island facilities are also PCI registered.
